“As in reviews I read the shipping was horrible. the package was just left in our back parking lot and it was damaged. Looked like it was pushed out of a rolling truck. I will say the podium itself was chipped but not so bad we could not make it presentable. Customer service was quick to make it right with the offer of a %credit or a replacement. We kept the existing and it is the look we were hoping for.”

“Display 2 Go had shipped the flag display case immediately after ordered. The product was delivered on time. The cardboard container was ripped in several places the display case was broken at a joint and had a lot of scratches on the face of the flag display case. Contacted Display 2 Go immediately after opening the display case with an e-mail with pictures of the damage to the display case. Called Display 2 Go early the next morning and conversed with a representative who I told I had sent an e-mail with pictures the night before. The rep. put me on hold to survey the e-mail and the pictures of the damage. Within 45 seconds the rep. was back on the phone informing me, what Display 2 Go was going to do to fix the problem. The fix was to send out another new display case immediately at no charge and for me to have the product within two days. The product was delivered in two days. Unfortunately, like the first package the private carrier delivered another cardboard package ripped and gouged out. The flag display case was fortunately not scratched or damaged. If I have to purchase another flag display case for another deceased veteran it will be purchased through Display 2 Go.”

“The Navigator iPad stands are really poor quality. The locks are insecure and break often. The mounting points came bent out of shape and have flimsy metal. The iPad cover will not stay open when working on the iPad, as it will swing shut, so you have to use your head to keep it open. I?m not satisfied at $500 a piece. I won?t be ordering again.”

“Our furniture arrived on time, but we ran into many problems with it. Upon opening the packaging, the smell was a horrific chemical smell and I honestly thought my house was burning because I could smell it from upstairs. The packaging was missing several screws and a wooden dowel pin. Also several holes were either drilled incorrectly or not drilled at all. We managed to put it together with some tools we had in our garage but the doors don't close and you have to push hard on the drawers. This was an awful product and experience. Never again .”
