“We are a new nonprofit and needed a way to show what we do. The 3-panel tabletop display is exactly what we needed! The product is exactly as described, and it shipped instantly. Great packaging will be useful for travel, and the rugged carrying case makes it easy for our senior members to transport.”

“When the order was received, two of the items were broken. It was VERY obvious they were packed broken! I called and two new items were immediately sent and received in time for our event. Problem was solved very efficiently. However, packed broken still does not sit right with me. Will I order again???? ***UPDATE*** No matter what happened and we know things happen, the customer service team jumped on making things right! They have reached out to me twice to make sure things went well! Their concern was very genuine! this was a small order and they could have let it fly. But they were determined to make sure all went well with our event and that the items not on ly served oyur purpose, but served our purpose well. Everyone at thje event wanted to know where we got the sign frame with bussiness card pockets. They were perfect! I did tell them DDisplays2go and I am sure theyu will be ordering some! I did tell them they were a concerned company that wanted the customer's complete satisfaction. Would I order from them again? Absolutely! Would I recommend to others? Absolutely! Great company to do bussiness with!”

“11/12 Update: The second shelf appeared today. One of my coworkers was so taken with my shelf that he will use the second one. Winner winner, chicken dinner! Now I just need to know how to pay for it. 11/11 Update: I spoke with a chat room staff member on the morning of 11/11. I was told the item was coming on 11/14. The monitor stand literally just arrived in great shape and I could not be happier!! I will see what happens on the 14th. If a second one arrives on the 14th, I may just keep it and pay for it as well. .....The package came in poor conditions with numerous labels - none of which had my name or address on them. The one label was for a person in another state. Consequently, It was refused. Theoretically, the order was replaced and I was given an order number of SPL0049288. I have not received any further communication; I have no idea where the order stands or if the merchandise has been shipped. The people on the chat line, Diamond and Anji were polite, courteous and very helpful. I would like to give them kudos for their attention to this matter. If I could find out about where the order stands and receive a tracking number, that would be greatly appreciated.”

“For that price, I expected a cheap display case, and a long delivery time. I was very pleased with the quality of the case upon its speedy arrival. NOT expensive item or shipping. VERY worth the money!!”

“I highly recommend! Very easy to do business with. Very professional staff. They really seem to care about their customers and are there for you if there is any issue. Example: I ordered two rotating card racks. One of the boxes had the very necessary pin and the other did not. I contacted them and within 2 days, I had the pin for the other rack. I have since ordered more racks and not once was the pin missing again.”
