“My experience was good for the most part but there were a few gaps in communication on the shipping notes I requested be included from D2G to the shipper and the shipping company to the actual driver. Nothing that resulted in any issues, just a little frustration. The delivery driver was able to move my pallets (3) closer to the building than I expected, which was a huge plus (over an uneven, natural trail). A word to the wise, the assembly instructions are absolutely terrible. Product names are not consistent throughout the document and I had to watch YouTube to see what connector parts go where on the unit. New instructions are highly recommended...”

“I had an issue with the frames I purchased from Displays2Go when they arrived. The corners had been smashed and scratched up during shipment. After calling technical support, I was sent more frames immediately and didn't have a big headache like I had expected! They sent more frames that had similar damage, but their speed of response was incredible.”

“Did not contact the company, but nearly had to. The instructions with the display stands are completely useless, the screws included with the stands for mounting the iPad mini were an incorrect size (too small for the holes and threading on the mounting bracket), and some reverse engineering was necessary to make the stands work at all. Additionally, some quality control about the assembly of the pole for the stands would be necessary to make this product better.”

“The display came promptly and was easy to assemble although you'll need to understand which screws are which. You only need a wrench and a phillips head screwdriver to assemble it. Each wheel can be individually adjusted so you can level the base. I also recommend using a level however, the upper frame that the TV hangs on comes with a built-in level. It's a sleek design and very sturdy. Great price. One recommendation to the manufacturer: the packaging around the tubes should be made more robust. One of my base tubes was slightly crushed at the top and I had to hammer it out for the top insert to fit. Fixable but took a little extra time. Still would purchase this item again!”

“The pub set is nice but it was extremely frustrating having limited instructions. The instructions on how to raise and lower the table (a key feature) are not detailed on the instructions. We put the table together on a Saturday evening and customer service was not available, so for two days we assumed we had a defective product. There is a dent on the table that we assumed was table damage but later realized this dent on the table is actually the marker/indicator as to where the button is located to raise and lower the table. The button is not mentioned ANYWHERE on the instructions and the only reason we found it is because I was sitting on the floor and happened to look over at the table and saw it underneath. The top of the table spins loosely which is also annoying. I would highly recommend better instructions for your products. I saw a few older reviews where others may have assumed their tables do not raise and lower simply because they have not found the button underneath.”
