“One of the chip clips didn't hold the chip in place and falls. I didn't have the time to complain or try to exchange it. cant I just get something without flaws for once?”

“We loooooooove our kiosk. It is super easy to assemble and disassemble. In fact, we timed it. LOL Literally 5 minutes up and 5 minutes down and put away - and that was just our second try. It looks great. The shelf underneath is super handy. Immediately it made a difference in the presentation; people knew precisely where to go. In fact, even folks that didn't need to check in with us came just because it looked official. The only reason I am giving it 4 out of 5 stars is the iPad stand has to be drilled into the top. We need something that is easily attached and removed - a clamp would work or even something in the countertop. But overall, we love the kiosk!!!!”

“Packing quality was poor and the display case arrived damaged. Unfortunately we got this for a trade show and didn't see the damage until it was too late to do anything about it.”

“Our displays arrived on time, in (almost) perfect condition and work and look great. Everyone is happy with them at this point. One of the door locks is missing a screw and one of the glass panels was lightly broken. It didn't affect the overall build, but was a concern as we were building it.”

“The custom logo came out beautifully. The only problem is, the print is already starting to show use, even though it has little to no use at this time in our consultation room. The only remedy I see is to have it lacquered. I am trying to find a professional in the area that will do this in hopes to maintain its beauty. Otherwise, we are very happy with the purchase, we just weren't anticipating the extra cost to preserve it.”

“Product was perfect for our customer However peeling off all of your branded Displays to Go labels was not fun. Please consider having products that you sell to resellers to not have your branded labels on all parts as well as on your shipping boxes.”

“Although this shelf is a very nice, stable, reliable shelf. I was very disappointed with the fact that it came with Zero instructions. After searching online I found something that they pass off as instructions but are not very clear. They are basically picture instructions. No written instructions giving the customer any indication which bolts or screws to use etc. That is the only thing that I was not happy with. Since this has to be assembled by the customer. Please do better at providing instructions that make sense.”

“The wall display case was delivered within about 24 hours. The case was extremely well packed and arrived in perfect condition. The case (SKU: DCC2033BK2) was exactly as described. Could not think of anything that could improve the service.”

“Displays 2 Go had the only literature rack I have found that works well for regular letterhead type paper. Letterhead paper will flop forward in other racks, because it isn't stiff enough to hold itself upright. The rack I bought from Displays 2 Go was set up to lean back slightly, and had additional support, which worked perfectly for my literature. The rack was also easy to set up, well made, and they threw in an extra nut and bolt in the bag, just in case I lost one during setup. Very nice touch. The price was wonderful, too.”

“Product looked good, nice quality. There we no instructions and the extra header and side strips with double stick tape threw us off. Didn't mention anywhere that these were not to be used for the base setup. Glad we have those extra parts should we decide to build our own full-size custom panels. Bottom of the felt panels are not staying on the frame - but kicking out about 1/2". We may need to tape from the back when we're at our trade shows.”
