“The Product is great but I had contact via chat to ask if extra keys are available as we lost one of the two on the first meeting out. the person said they would need to reach out to the warehouse to see if extra keys are available and she would email me. I have not heard anything.”

“I rated them a 4 originally due to the plastic being a little buckled. Within 24 hours, I had a call from customer service willing to make it right!! THAT is customer service. Changed my rating to a 5!”

“Purchased three in 2020. They did great. Served their purposed. One broke a month or so ago, couldn't find a replacement (this company said it would be over 90 days to order one so just took the old one down, and went with the two remaining. Then I tried again to purchase, and they were available, so ordered. Went to put it up and very different size and the quality is not there. The top broke off within a week. Super disappointed. We really liked the older model, and was a blessing we have much less volunteers to man our Visitors Center, so we posted these outside so visitors could get the info they wanted.”

“Received a trust lectern not fully welded. I discovered it while painting it. Because I painted it they would not give me a credit. I even offered to buy another one if they would credit me something. They refused. Buyer beware!!!!!!!”

“1. Customer service/sales was outstanding. I called to ask some questions and they had immediate answers. But most importantly what they said verbally was accurate upon receipt of the item 2. The items is good quality”

“Excellent (2) products I ordered. My bigger purchase was a pull-up banner that looks great, but I haven't used it yet. It did not come with instructions of any kind, which doesn't seem right to me.”

“My experience with Displays2Go was great. It was easy to navigate through the website, talking with someone via online chat. My order showed up damaged, when I called to report the damaged items we had a resolution and two new ones were getting sent to me within an hour. Keep up the good work!”

“The manager contacted me after reading my review that stated I was happy with the product & service but paid usps fees for shipping that seemed outta line , she said she would refund the difference ($25) dollars & it hit my account promptly 👍 good follow up!”
