“I placed an order for a single item and received it super fast. It was packed very securely, so as not to damage it, but there was a scratch on the face of the sign holder. I called customer service to make them aware of it. It wasn't that noticeable, but their packing slip says to call if there are any damages or defects. Because I only ordered 1 item, and the shipping cost was nearly half as much as the product, I told them it was fine, and didn't need for them to go to the expense of replacing it. They thanked me for be so understanding and ended up issuing me a full refund of the order- including the shipping cost- very generous! As a professional event planner, I do plan to do future business with Displays2Go.”

“Thank you for shipping the brochure display we ordered. It arrived today. We are very pleased with the way it looks, as well as the sturdy structure. It is going to be perfect. It's not a complex design, but it is perfect, and the only one I found online that was exactly what we were looking for and needed. We will be keeping your contact information handy in the event that we find a need for another display item. Good work!”

“I received an immediate response letting me know that my order wouldn't arrive by the date requested based on the delivery method selected. The amazing customer service representatives, Francesca De La Cruz and Joan Dacosta still made sure that it was adjusted despite the fact that I wasn't able to return the call until a few minutes after the initial deadline to make the change. Thanks to them, I received everything on schedule! It's not that easy to find great customer service anymore, it's great to see that it still exists here! THANK YOU!!”

“The stand we purchased is sturdy and well constructed. It all came in one box, the delivery guy wasn't too happy hauling this 75 lb box. With that, the box was ripped and dented, but the product was in great shape. Only lost two screws. Direction to assemble were good enough. Bolts, screws, and tool well mark for where they were to be used.”
