“We had some significant shipment problems. BUT gotta say every other aspect of this purchase was flawless and the final product is AMAZING! Displays2go asked me for a review before my actual product arrived due to the fedx shipping problems. I wrote a not so good review because of shipping probs and I couldn't review a product I hadn't received in nearly two weeks late They reached out to me the day of my review and my product arrived the next day and was amazing1”

“Very POOR customer service, very LONG turnaround, and mostly they don't respect the given shipping date, which can be critical considering their very long production time. AVOID and find other suppliers”

“I received my shipment but the doors that came with it don’t fit correctly in. The bottom of the doors has a curved opening that was supposed to sit on top of the rails, but instead it only fits in between the rails if you look at the photos. Is there any way you can send the technician come to fix it ? Please get back to me ASAP. Thanks”

“The first sidewalk sign I ordered arrived bent/damaged which I am positive happened in shipping. I contacted Displays2Go to find out what my options were and included pictures with my email. Displays2Go sent me another sidewalk sign immediately and did not want the damaged one back. They told me to use it for spare parts. It is so refreshing to receive great customer service! Thank you, Displays2Go!”

“We ordered a 16x16" acrylic display to securely exhibit a fine art piece in our gallery. Although the original display arrived with a slight crack, customer service was nothing but helpful and courteous in swiftly addressing the issue and sending a replacement. We will definitely order from Displays2Go in the future!”
