“The first chalk board arrived damaged. Because it was rather large and the packaging quite extensive, I dreaded having to box this thing up and ship it back. When I called customer service, they promptly sent me a new one. No need to return the damaged one, as it isn't cost effective to return it. I was relieved not to have to schlepp it back to UPS. They asked me to donate the first one, which I will do. Great customer service!!”

“Online order was uneventful. Shipping was quick and well packaged. Assembly was easy, all hardware and rudimentary tools were included. Instructions had a small bug, but nothing that couldn't be quickly overcome. Customer service was patient and polite. Help Desk was quick with helpful responses. Definitely remember them for future purchases.”

“I was looking for a stainless thermal carafe to house half & half for coffee when I have a large group over. This item was perfect, and they even stenciled 'half & half" on the side! The size is perfect. Plus, it arrived extremely fast.”

“My New York City apartment kitchen has next to no available shelf or wall space to put a little TV, so I wanted a movable TV stand I could roll around the floor. This product is sturdy and attractive, in a sort of industrial, utilitarian sense. From the moment I unboxed it I could tell it's a sturdy, welI-built product, with cast metal parts that have some heft to them. I expect it to last for years. The fact that the price was so reasonable, given the quality, really surprised me. I'm very happy with this purchase.”

“I bought the nail polish display that holds about 55 bottles, depending on bottle size. I like OPI so it is ideal for me. I set it on my counter but it can easily be hung on the wall. I love it. My clients love it because it is clear so it allows them to see the full polish color in the light as opposed to being on a shelf with dark behind it. Highly recommend, superior packaging & fast shipping!”

“Easy to install on the outside of the toolshed. Put 2x4 blocking inside, between studs, so it could be centered. Leveled a temporary ledger board to set it on and attached using longer screws than those provided. Removed the ledger board. Looks great and works very nicely.”

“A university department chair brought me the catalogue with the item they selected. I found the product on the website with clear production instruction and downloadable templates. Had a couple questions, so used the chat feature and got my answers. When the final artwork was uploaded my assigned service manager provided personal assistance to get the product produced. We are waiting to see the final product, but know it will be awesome because Displays2go has the touch-points covered! Great experience. Thank you.”
