“The outdoor sign we ordered is less than expected. During the ordering process, our design kept getting rejected due to a pixilation error. After 2 or 3 attempts, all rejected, we finally settled on smaller print and graphics in order to avoid any errors and the end result was a sign that can barely be read/seen from the street. Despite these issues, this was our first order through Displays2go and we will certainly use them again in the future just to give them a second chance and hopefully that collaboration will result in better satisfaction for us.”

“The wood frames I ordered came damaged and the glass was broken. They sent me a replacement order that also arrived damaged. I have contacted them multiple times and sent pictures of the damaged goods, but I get no reply. I am very disappointed with their customer service and the poor quality of their products.”

“Great customer service. We ordered a rotating book rack and immediately damaged the base trying to set it up. Customer Service to the rescue. They helped us out quickly and easily, replacing the part we broke trying to assemble the rack. Note: The rack itself is sturdier than we anticipated.”
