“Sent my files to India I believe the case handler didn’t know what a P60 was & refused to accept 3 of them for proof of earnings for the last 3 years
Even when I explained a p60 was from HMRC they said it wasn’t a legal document

Repeat everything you claim for & fail to recognise any of them although they match perfectly to their assessment that they forced me to attend 3 months after my initial ones - don’t recognise bupa , don’t recognise NHS surgeons
Anything you pay for they will duplicate so they use their people & they get the £ & not you
