“Great customer service, we had a delay with our order (no fault of the company), after emailing, they were able to find a solution in an effective and professional way The quality of product is 10/10 and is the only beach towel we have ever and will ever use!”

“These towels are great! Love that they dry quickly and sand doesn’t get caught in them! The colors are so great and exactly as pictures. Very pleased with this purchase. Dock and bay seems to be a great company! Got 2 day delivery as I waited until the last minute (my fault!) and they arrived right on time in nice packaging.”

Hey Linda, thank you for your feedback- We don't offer free delivery, I'm afraid. We're a small business and we care massively about being sustainable. Free delivery has a huge impact on the environment and carbon footprint. Customers pay for delivery and if we have made an error (e.g. if we sent you the wrong product for example), then we bear the cost of the redelivery 😊 Additionally, we do offer free standard delivery once you’ve placed an order over £50.00 🙌 I hope this helps to explain, and if you have any further questions, please email help@dockandbay.com

“Super Qualität und weich. Das Handtuch ist überhaupt nicht so ungemütlich wie andere dieser Art und auch die Farben und Form bleiben nach den Waschgängen (inkl. Trockner) noch erhalten. Besonders angenehm finde ich, wie platzsparend das Handtuch im Koffer ist! Würde mir auf jeden Fall wieder ein Handtuch hier kaufen”

“Speedy delivery, in time for our hols. All loved the bright designs and despite my initial concerns re the quality of the products they were actually marvellous. Dried up nice and quick in tone for our 2nd beach trip the next day. Love that they come in own pouch and so easy to store in a lightweight beach bag too.”
