“Order process quite straightforward, products look OK but not as I thought they would look,still not used on a beach so will update when I have”

This is why we upload lots of imagery and videos to show how the towels move and look as well as close-ups of the fabric 🤗 We think you'll love them once you try them out this summer 😎

“Love the children's cover ups but the adult one I ordered in Small but it is very short. I think better size information would be helpful for adult sizes. However they all dry fantastically!”

I am sorry to hear though that the adult Poncho was a bit too short 😱 We try to upload comprehensive size guides to every product page, and there is one listed on the Adult Poncho page, but I totally can see how it could be missed or misunderstood upon checking it out 🙌 Not to worry, our team is working on creating a more explicit size guide for Ponchos, so hopefully purchasing in the future is even easier 💛

“Love the size of my new Dock & Bay towel - i got the extra large. Can't wait to take it on holidays - light and fits easily to my bag. Only reason I gave the 4 star review is as the quick dry towels are never amazing at actually drying you off - it's manageble though. But it's worth it for all the other benefits!!”

“Beautiful products. Beautifully packaged. Whilst the towel is brilliant for travelling it is extremely thin and not your usual 'cosy' towel. It absolutely does the job but I wonder if there is a middle ground between being thin and light and being more 'comfortable'?”

“Dry well and quick drying as expected. Nice looking and large size good for larger than average people. They do not cope with holiday stains very well. May need a couple of hotter washes when home from holiday. Overall pleased”

Hey Liz, We are glad to hear that for the most part you're very happy with your towels! :-) Stains can be tricky though! If you've done a few cold washes already with the towel since you got them, it's not a bad idea to try washing on 60 degrees C with a stain lifter 🙌 This can really help 🤗
