“User friendly website and problem free ordering. Efficient, as delivery/receipt of items was prompt. I have actually ordered as gifts but look like good quality and nicely packaged in that there is a bag to place/protect the towel.”

“I like the journey and ethos of Dock & Bay as a brand, particularly their use of recycled materials and the support of charity partners. The postage was quick (even despite COVID-19 postage delays). I had to contact their customer services due to a missing handy bag for one of my towels. Their customer services replied promptly and immediately posted me not only a replacement handy bag but also a new towel for free. I was very happy with this resolution. I would like to see the range of bundles expanded so that buyers can receive the price saving from purchasing a bundle and not be restricted to certain colours/patterns. Also it would be nice to have a kids bundle for a matching swim poncho and towel. My only concern is that the brand doesn't seem to be addressing the generation of microplastics from the washing of its products. I would be keen to see them address this and potentially sell a solution for this, such as the Guppyfriend bag.”

“Great hair towels, my hair needed les styling and seemed in better condition after using one of these compared to my normal hair towels so I’ve just ordered myself another!”

“Great service, quickly delivered and lovely packaging. I'm just a bit disappointed with the product. Admittedly I do have thick long curly hair but the hair wrap is soaked when I take it to off and hair is still very wet. No where near as effective as a towel. Could you make more absorbent ones for people with a lot of hair?”
