Thanks for your review. Your had has been seen over 300 times since it was published 5 days ago. Older dogs are a little tougher to rehome, as many buyers are focused on younger puppies. It could also be that the price is a little high at €1000, even if it’s a pedigree IKC registered dog. You do have the price set to negotiable which is good. We would also suggest adding more than 3 images to your ad, you can have up to 10.

Sometimes delays in publishing are due to the fact that we are required by law to wait until the microchips are fully registered before we can publish the ad.

We had emailed you a number of times about re-registering as a Registered Seller of Pets, but never got any replies. I have processed your refunds. They should be back on your card in 4-7 days, depending on your bank.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Looking at your ad for your Jack Russells, your ad would appear to be in the higher end of the price range. You could update your ad price from fixed to negotiable if you are flexible on the pricing.
There are 35 other ads currently, so there are quite a few dogs from this breed available. Your ad has been seen almost 500 times in the past 5 days. One idea could be to include a phone number, rather than just using the messaging system.

This is your 5th ad with us in about 2 years, so we are really surprised that you are unhappy and you continue to advertise. Prices for ads are upfront before you place them, so there shouldn't be any surprises. As you've been such a local customer I've arranged a refund.
