“Good but very expensive. Compared with donedeal very expensive. Disappointed to see pups put up before 8 weeks old. Not fair on sellers that are genuine and abiding the law.”

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts! We appreciate your feedback regarding pricing and the age of the pups. We strive to maintain high standards and ensure fairness for all sellers. Your input does help us enhance our service.
Note : we only publish ads from when a pup is 7 weeks old, or on the Friday before if this date is on the weekend. We had to add this measure as people were trying to sell very young pups. By law, a dog has to be 8 weeks old to be sold and taken away from its mother.

“It is a great site to find new homes for our pups. Unfortunately it is very popular and your ad very quickly disappears down the line. I think that it is a lot to charge €12 for a bump.”
“I am generally pleased with service, interactions etc, not over impressed with minimised bumps when advertising small no of pups, used always to bump Monday and Friday, don’t anymore as ad is going down the pecking order too fast and pups aren’t sold…. I am sure there is a good reason and my individual preferences are that, it means that there is a reduced income stream from me, as I end up hoarding bumps? Whereas historically I used to bump twice a week, now I bump once a week. Regards donncha”

“Plenty of views for ad which is good which led to a sale within 3 days for one of the pups. Would be nice if it was easier to make the edits without having to get assistance from the staff but in fairness the response time from customer service team was fabulous”
