Thanks for your review and I’m sorry you are not happy with the service for what you paid. VAT is set by the people in Leinster House, so we don’t have control of that one.
Our prices are upfront before you paid for your ad to list the six dogs you have, so there shouldn’t be any surprises. We do have costs to maintain staff for example, looking at your account, we helped you to register with the Department of Agriculture and when you sent in your ID we had your ad turned around in less that 5 minutes.
