“I ordered two dresses in different sizes as uncertain which I required. I was very pleased with the quality of the item I chose, which fitted beautifully and was a good length. I was impressed with the service and would definitely recommend.”

“Ordered a dress which is absolutely beautiful & great quality. Website was easy to navigate & I paid the extra £8 to have the dress delivered next day. Would recommend.”

“Ordered 3 dresses and loved them all but only needed one so returned 2. Had to pay for return and remind them to refund but received an apology straight away and refund came shortly afterwards”

“Everything fits me well, delivery is as stated and quality is good. The odd bit of loose stitching is the only tiny issue but easily resolved. Had lots of compliments (and people immediately ordering), and the pockets are deeeeeep!!”

“The zip was broken when the dress arrived. I contacted customer service who initially offered 30% refund so I could have it fixed. I explained there was nothing local for me to get this done and as the dress was for my wedding I would rather not so this. Customer service arranged for a replacement dress to be sent, which arrived very quickly and I returned the broken one. I have never had an issue with dolly and dotty zips before.”

“The products are great, good quality fabrics and beautiful design, the only downfall is that they come from the UK. I ordered them in Belgium, so just over the canal and the taxes were as much as the purchase in itself. I would have preferred to pay the taxes in the cost of the garment than to go thru all the hassle with the import taxes and the Belgian post. Sorry, but this will be my last purchase from Dolly and Dotty for a while :(”
