“I was very happy with the dresses. Unfortunately only 2 of the 3 really fit. So I had to return one. I dropped this off in person on Friday however am still waiting for any acknowledgement of this.”

“I have sent back a dress that my daughter wanted it is too small if I remember it is black with spots I hope it was received at the address that my daughter found on line which I found was different to see he one on the packet thank you Jolanta winiecki telephone 07368 931616 could someone call me and let me know if the dress arrived at an address”

“The dress was made from substantial tartan material. It was dispatched and delivered on time .Unfortunately it was too small ,a bigger should have been order due to the fitted style.”

“Ordered the Donna Red Rose dress, so pleased with it but had to return for another size. Returned the dress, confirmation the dress was received two days later yet no refund within the 7 working days as stated in returns policy. Had to email to ask for the refund, reply was very prompt and stated I would now get a refund within 10 working days, still waiting. Have now received the new dress which is lovely, nice material very good price for the quality. Shame about the returns issue.”

“Dear ladies,I bought this latest dress for winter,but I love the quality of your Billy dresses so soft easy to wear,for autumn winter.I prefer the cotton based materials for summer,some of the necklines are too low I would like you to make higher necklines ,the warm softer materials.Thank you”

“I love the pattern and style on my shape. Was delivered quickly. The only reason not a 5 is that it would be great if available in petite as only 5ft (back slightly too long so need to pull past waist or have a bulge of material). However I am happy to wear it to a wedding.”

“I ordered 2 dresses for an upcoming event. 1 off the dresses was ok but not the other. So i returned the dress via royal mail tracked which cost me £9 + however i am still waiting for my refund dispite them having received it on saturday. Im very disappointed as i thought i had finally found great affordable clothes for my taste.”

“Les jolies robes commandées sont arrivées rapidement. Beaucoup de choix de robes en coton. Je commanderai encore. Le site propose beaucoup de robes 95% coton. Dolly and Dotty propose des robes pour enfant identiques aux robes femmes mais ils sont souvent en rupture de stock (dommage) PS : petit bémol car il faut prévoir de payer des frais de douane lorsqu'on habite en france”
