Terrible service .. Shocking customer service . Still waiting my refund

Went to order Reflex whey isolate (micro) protein as discount supplements no longer stock the micro filtered only standard whey, anyway all was well until I clicked on the discounted products they were offering along with the purchase, that's when the red flags started going up at a rate of knots!!! Every additional promotional extra was all dated June 2020 July 2020 yes they were all 6 months out of date. Best before june 2020 etc ...etc which brought me straight here, I've never swerved checkout so fast!!! I've been stung before and I vowed never ever to let it happen to me ever again, always read reviews first no matter how tempting the price is. I will just buy gold standard whey or gold standard whey isolate , the product I was going to purchase was reflex 2.2kg for £45 but trust me it's worth paying £15 more for the about the same quantity and quality , so i will buy gold standard for around the same price with 2 grams of protien less per serving or the isolate it works out 15 quid more but I will have to order x2 at 980 grams so its 460 grams less but trust me it's worth every last Penn if it means not getting screwed over it's still far less than holland and barrett which I usually use when they have offers on which is handy for buying in store so no need to wait, Bottom line is shop at discout supplements of holland and barrett even home bargains if it's just whey protein but avoid this disorganised shambles of a company with all the signs it's ready to close down at any second trust me, it's worth taken the time to read the very latest reviews it will save you all the unnecessary stress.

DONT buy from this company, I am really disappointed with the service of dolphinfitness team I had placed an order for the NOW Foods NOW Ultra Omega-3 + Vitamin D3 but they dispatched me the wrong product NOW foods Ultra Omega 3, once I received the product I told them that this is wrong product and tell them they have to send me correct product, I had provided all details of correct product as per my order confirmation emails but they still send me the wrong product again and argued I had ordered it, when I argued that you had send me the cheaper product and you must refund me the difference they told me that I am wrong and stop replying to my emails.

Very poor follow up customer service. Granted, Covid19 has caused all sorts of problems, but: Back in early March I ordered on their website items that were clearly displayed as "in stock". This turned out not to be true, and I feel I was misled. THREE MONTHS later the items arrived (a whopping £90 order). Approximately a third of all items were damaged, largely due to be poorly packed. Contact with the company has been difficult to say the least, and they have managed to dodge responsibility by passing the problem onto their supplier, who I might add have been brilliant. Will not order with this company again. As a coeliac sufferer, and desperate at the time in March for products, and having been a long standing customer of theirs, I feel very let down.

Very slow in processing economy deliveries. Of course if you pay extra they will deliver next day but it will cost you. In the meantime, economy deliveries take over 2 weeks to be dispatched, not delivered, dispatched only, if you are lucky. Amazon, on the other end, still offer next day delivery.

Worst experience, such a scam company. Ive had to do a chargeback through my bank to get a refund. No goods delivered since beginning of April and every query/complaint sent was closed without a response. Do not use this company

One month on, no products, no email confirmation, no response to emails. Had to get my bank on board to get my money back. Avoid this shoddy business’.

Two items on offer, one in date and full price and a one soon running out of date but at a discounted price. I paid the full price for the item in date but they sent me the discounted item out which runs out of date soon! Tried contacting them for weeks and they just keep closing the enquiry without fixing the problem.. disgusting customers services!

NO ORDER. NO REFUND. DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. ORDER GOODS ELSEWHERE. Order accepted online. £193.90 debited. Goods not delivered. Repeatedly chased with only automated email response. Unable to contact by phone. Five weeks later, they confirm they cancelled my order in response to my complaint, but are refusing to refund me. Dreadful customer service. Will never buy from again. Have reported to Trading Standards

Mine was a simple order for products purportedly in stock but, after waiting 2 weeks without communication (during which time they took payment from my card), I raised a query. They then asked me to make further confirmations for my order "as soon as possible" to allow them to dispatch the goods. But this didn't happen, and - after three weeks, following a further holding query - I cancelled the order. When asked to confirm that a full refund had been payment, the seller responded - ambiguously and hardly reassuringly - that "necessary adjustments to your payment will be done accordingly". In this, my one experience of placing an order with them, I have had every reason to doubt their good faith and legitimacy. I have also opened a dispute with card provider. Save yourself the stress and hassle of dealing with this company by shopping elsewhere.

I am usually happy with their service, but this time will give them 1 star rating because your fast delivery for £3.95 is useless. Paid in full on 26/04 and got email back just today saying that my order will be with me on 4th of May- what a joke!!! Can you count how many days are between 26th of April and 4th of May?! Is that what you call fast service?? I usually use economy service and get it quicker, so basically you charge people for service you are not able to provide! And please don’t tell me is because of current situation, because I got a lot of orders now from eBay and they are here in 48hrs!

I got mu Collagen powder, however, I don't believe it is real product. There was powder top of the lid and also the whole tube looks different than Neocell products in the US. I contacted the company, no reply. I will take this further as far as needed if they do not reply and refund me.

I am so angered by this company. They charged me but never send the products I ordered. It has been 2 months and they never respond to emails and their contact number hangs up automatically after you pay to hear their automated message that says nothing! Companies like that should shut down!

Spent nearly £350 on barbell and weights only for it not to turn up! Make it near impossible to get home of them as they close every enquiry you open about your products. Don’t reply to emails either! Stay away from these frauds!!
