For three week, the engineer kept cancelling the appointment and later sent a letter that the product could not be repaired or that the cost of repairs would be ecxeed the limit for the first repair,we confirm that we have cancelled the plan as per it's term and condition, can someone believes that ? After denied my family cooking and buying take away every day, this is complete incompentent, unreliable company.

Wud leave-0 abs disgusting company. Used b great, not anymore. Engineers r hopeless. Constant call back, been without appliances for year.some customer service people are nice & seem to want to help majority are not. Been told by resolution team , very very rude, obnoxious, I'm a nuisance attitude, told me I had a choice one repair only.who were hopeless & wrote a repairable machine of. That I had to use them and same engineer or pay myself. I haven't got money. She was angry,ivbeen crying over an hour & switched all phones off so she can't call me back. Gone 7 months now without freezer fridge. They will always offer you low spec old cheap appliance from so.com & never give you like for like. They have sold all my contact details, so bombarded by nasty things, despite me telling them not to Please don't use

Useless !!! Washing machine not working properly. I had 3 different engineers booked and they did not fix the fault. Instead of exchange they are offering me 4th engineers visit. For every visit you have to wait a week ! I am without washing machine for few weeks now. AVOID ! Buying new washing machine tomorow and Contacting trading stadards.

Terrible company ... phone call after phone call ...... been paying them for years to be told they wont uphold my claim ..... disgusted .... avoid this company

Absolute disgrace. Can't get anyone to answer phones, continually on hold, passed from department to department, eventually get a recorded message to say that my call can't be answered right now. Rubbish

Horrible customer experience. Waiting over a month to repair my washing machine, keep getting told I’ll get a call back on 4 different occasions and no one calls. Got told the washing machine would be replaced if the parts not in the following day. The following day I called I was told there was a mistake and they can’t replace machine as I have a different type of cover but if I have been told they will replace then they will. Called back the next day and was told they can’t replace and can cancel the policy then I can buy a new washing machine? Fed up of dealing with these guys.

My washing machine needs repaired. Initially I was told I would have to wait 12 days for an engineer to come out. Fortunately I got a call to say someone could come in 5 days. They arrived and confirmed that parts were needed to be ordered, advised this shockingly could take up to 7days. I had no contact from D&G so I called for an update they put me through to Hoover/Candy, who advised me they have scheduled an appointment for 17days after the initial fault!! (I also would not have known about this had I not telephoned for an update. Not a great service or timescale for a repair!

Failed to fix dishwasher was ignored when I said what was wrong was given dangerous advice to use an extension lead the machine was faulty not my socket. Washing machine the offered a replacement it was not like for like or similar I had to buy another washing machine from another firm they insisted I a fire risk machine they were rude and unhelpful! Before this they were excellent.

3 visits. Escalatited complaint. Promise to check third visit satisfactory as first two engineers failed to fix two simple dishwasher clips then ordered wrong ones. Third came without any info so had to order parts. Unvelievable.

Fast enough to take your money, but sorting out issues! I have a fridge that packed up - the qualified approved repair engineer didn`t have a clue, had to call a service line to find out how to get the fridge into a service mode.. Then tells us he`s can`t fit the required compressor because he`s not qualified for the type of gas. Now waiting for the 4th visit What do D&G say? You can either wait or cancel the plan... Wouldn`t let me speak to a manager Suggest you vet your engineers D&G & up the game

Would have given 0 star if I could. Washing machine broke and repair man came week ago. Said it's very expensive to fix. No contact from D and G whatsoever. I called and was told to wait 1 more day then they would overide admin decision to fix (which was coincidentally agreed as i was on phone I'm happy to have it repaired as good machine). I waited 2 more days then to be told I've got to wait another week then call them back! They tell you different things to get you off the phone. Unacceptable ive already waited 2 weeks. They really should be investigated as appalling service .

Absolutely do not even think about this company they verbally sell you a 6 month contract and 4 months later claim it was for 12 months and want 12 months payments. Keep well away. This is my 1st ever review since I started using the internet in 1997. Unfortunately I have to give a 1star.

I have a number of household appliances covered, so far I have only needed to call about one of them: the cooker. Two separate call outs, with a workman readily available, arrived promptly, and resolved the issue quickly, even when factoring in ordering parts. Service has been good and there have no issues.

Absolute terrible company to deal with. Customer service operators don’t have a clue. Policy will b getting cancelled and would rather pay a bit more with Scottish Gas. Customer service operators shifted me from Pilar to post nobody wanting to deal with the situation. Would I recommend this company definitely NO

Shocking customer services! Spent several hours on the phone being shifted from pillar to post for what should have been a simple task - to get a service engineer to take a look at my tumble dryer! All attempts to put me through to the repair centre failed. Resorted in e-mailing them to be told that I should try calling back when lines open in the morning to avoid queueing! Frustrating!

Absolutely appalling to deal with so avoid them at all costs. Been waiting 2 weeks to get a cooker repair and not once has anyone called to update me so it's left to me to phone them all the time. Their so-called Resolution team are a joke and have no intention of helping, in fact, they're the exact opposite and seem to take pleasure in making you wait. When I asked why not one person had called they actually said this is an incoming call centre so we can't call you back, this despite being told on 2 separate occasions that they would, so make of that fiasco what you will. DO NOT USE THIS CROWD........you will regret it.
