“Always helpful never pushy when taking out new policy, good value for premium paid, quickly sort and pay for repairs sometimes very expensive ones I have been using them for many years and have always found total satisfaction, a good honest firm to deal with”

“The engineer you sent was brilliant. He fitted a new heater & it amazes me how he can make my ancient machine work really well . He was so polite, friendly and caring. I wish he could do other repair jobs around our house! Lovely guy!! He's a real credit to you”
