“I did not have many days to wait for help, and the engineer who came was friendly, quick, and efficient, with the spare part needed for an immediate repair. He went above and beyond, asking if there were any other small appliance repairs on which we have cover, which could be fixed while he was with us. Most of our appliances are old, but it is better for the planet to fix rather than discard while parts are available. You help us do that, and having insurance means a breakdown is not a disaster, so thank you.”

“My tumble dryer broke down. The engineer came to fix it and gave me some great advice on how to stop the motor from burning out like it did. He too time to explain why it happened and what i can do to prevent this from happening again. He was very good at his job and showed concern when my tumble dryer was not working. Thank you”

“Great service, after a breakdown it was decided to replace my washing machine. Chose the replacement, date was given & the guys were very professional with removing the old one and reconnecting the new one. Also took the old one away......perfect”
