“Easy to book a repair, first gentleman came out got washer working again albeit for 10 minutes once he left had to quickly ring again as kitchen got flooded again, thankfully gentleman came back and new part had to be ordered. Another gentleman came to fit the new part stayed whilst i put washer on and thankfully no more floods or broken washer. Would highly recommend Domestic & General, they are efficient and kept updated from beginning to end.”

“It was the first time claiming replacement appliances. Everything went well however I would have liked the option of cash or voucher to physically go to the stores and make my choice.”
