Took insurance for repairs etc., for Indesit washing machine approx 2 years ago,but this year,when ringing company to ask for engineer to call,unable to get a human voice,just message to report "online"!!!! Although I use a tablet for e_mails etc., I Was incandescent with anger/frustration as iam technophobic @ 79 years old,and,FORTUNATELY,I have a brilliant son in law,who came to the rescue,sorted an appointment for next day,(between 7..00am-1.00pm)and a very nice engineer arrived 9.10am,and fixed machine..which I was very happy with efficient service,but how does a person,elderly with No-one to help,get service with no Internet?????thankyou.

Very responsive, pushing Siemens to deal with the problems. Very quick to respond post the write off to offer a replacement like for like. Marks Electrical delivered within 2 days. Unfortunately the replacement unit was delivered damaged, however Marks we’re back the next day with a new unit, this time in good working order 😃

Good service from start to finish. But not 100% happy to lose out and no compensation on a full fridge and freezers worth of contaminated food which had to be destroyed value around £75.

The only thing that would have made it 5 stars if they took the washing machine away..I didn't mid plumbing it in but had to pay someone to come collect it to take old machine away

Had a fault with the old washing machine! Engineer came out and checked, unfortunately machine can not mend! Had a replacement within several days. So happy with the service.

Replacement washing machine ordered by phone, easier than on the website. Check the DWH of machines online before ordering, some were incorrect. Delivery OK but order cancelled by D&G, only delayed by two days. I am retired so more a problem if I had taken time off work. Hoover H-wash 350 Replacement us a good replacement 👌

The engineer quickly discovered why my washing machine was displaying a fault on the auto wash cycle. However I discovered that he left a teatowel at the back of my washing machine of which I couldn't reach and it has slipped down at the back of my washing machine and I have to wait until someone who can manoeuvre the washing machine out so that I can retrieve the teatowel.

Everything was fine except the now very boring, annual attempt by D&G to dramatically increase the charges - and without any loyalty bonus. always have to make a phone call to them to establish a fair price for the warranty before I renew.

Everything is now working. The only comment I would make is I booked an appointment for 7.00 am to 8.15 so that I didn't have to take time off work. When the the appointment came through, it was for after 2 pm. I got time off but when you book a specific time you should try to honour it.
