“It was ages ago had to wait long for cooker glass new cooker glass broke after a week was brand new cooker so not a lot to say really tbh , fridge plastic broke on door that came in good time though ,”

“All great. Process was automated which was a bit frustrating as it would have been nice to be able to speak to someone. But they offered a suitable replacement when our machine couldn’t be fixed and it was all arranged in a few days! Will be renewing my policy for sure.”

“First of all,you have wonderful engineers ,after changing some parts of my dryer only to have it malfunctioning again ,this happened a couple of times the engineer then thought maybe he will change the motherboard.After about a week i recieved an e mail that the engineer said it can't be fixed and I will get a link to choose a replacement. There was a number to call if you need help which I did and I really found them helpful in answering my questions about the replacement I was choosing.Im so grateful. The guy who came to deliver it carried it right upstairs to the right place, he was great ,plus he carried my other one downstairs. Altogether I was really happy ,was great service, thanks again”
