Good customer service, came on time. The washing machine engineer established the problem and resolved the issue. Our washing machine is now working again to our satisfaction. Domestic and General saves paying out a lump sum when something goes wrong with your appliances. Great service to have. I highly recommend.

After an engineer had diagnosed the problem with our washing machine. The second engineer was due to fit a replacement part, unfortunately he could not find a parking space? so we had to call another engineer to fit the part. The washing machine is now working well.

Good service all round no problem replacing item (dishwasher). Also freezer engineer attended for problem with freezer. Soon sorted.

Pleased with the quick response to my request for a repair to the gas hob. However, after a few days there were still a minor problem with one of the gas rings( not working). However, I will call back at some point to get this rectified. It was easy to get through on the phone which is unusual these days -so overall pleased with the surface.

The engineer was sent out within specified time. Pleasant and polite. Was not here long. Still not sure if I can trust fridge freezer as it is coming on for 14 years old. Makes a noise like an early warning sound at night when it's getting back up to temperature.

Oven was not fixed because the part needed is no longer available but you’re engineer suggested an answer to the problem which I did with great results 👍

My freezer broke down and D and G didn't have one in stock, which was a bit of a pain. But they reimbursemed me for the price of a new one from elsewhere. A lot of hassle, but it was alright in the end

Easy to book an engineer and good availability. Engineer was polite. My machine needed replacing and I was given a link to choose a replacement very quickly. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that most of the replacements offered weren't like for like with my machine and the comparison function on the portal only allowed me to compare two machines at a time from a long list available. I had to call D&G a couple of times to request machines to fit my spec.

Overall a good experience. We had a wait for the iniital appointment, and then we were expecting a significant wait for a new part. Then, suddenly we were offered a new product, which was unexpected! The upgrade option was not available, so I had to ask for that. The product arrived and was as advertised. All staff have been friendly and helpful, the time waiting to be told we could have a replacement could have been improved and the upgrade option should have been visible from the start.

I’ve had great service and quick repairs completed with L & G insurance on white goods Too many phone calls and messages trying to get me to cover other items. If I need it I’ll ask for it myself don’t need to try and sell it to me

The problem of our fridge freezer was rectified but unfortunately took several weeks to repair due to parts being out of done and specific engineers not being available to carry out the repair
