“The engineer came on the date stated - he said it wasn’t able to be fixed and would submit his report. The same day we were given a choice of fridge freezers we could have as a replacement and ordered that evening. That was delivered on the agreed day and for a small fee - under £10 our broken fridge freezer was taken away”

“great service when notified that my washer was to be replaced rather than fixed i had a choice of about 12 machines to choose from and delivery was in 4 days from me picking my replacement. always get a great service when need to use them for repairs to my products or having them replaced if needed.”
