“The engineer who attends is so helpful and patient, and this time went out of his way to find a temporary workaround solution to prevent me being inconvenienced. It’s really easy to book a call out and follow up is great.”

“I honestly rate this company, I've needed repairs and a replacement in the past year amd they have been great. Costomer service is really helpful they come quickly and do a great job. Replacement service was a really quick and easy process. Their cover is affordable and worth it. Absolutely recommend to anyone who needs that extra bit of security on their appliances.”

“Unable to find part, so replacement washing machine supplied. Ordered and delivered in less than a week. The people delivering the machine kept me up to date with delivery details, and they were very polite and helpful. Installing it ourselves was a bit of a struggle, but we got there in the end. Very pleased with new washing machine. Thank you.”
