Great service, after a breakdown it was decided to replace my washing machine. Chose the replacement, date was given & the guys were very professional with removing the old one and reconnecting the new one. Also took the old one away......perfect

I have no problem with the engineer. But I have had to call and engineer out a lot of times with problems with my washing machine, which means I have to go without my machine for up to a week each time. Plus I have to stay in everytime.. 3 times I have either been going on holiday or returning from one and my washing machine is not working.

My delivery was on time and the appliance was delivered professionally. But, the two gentlemen who delivered were also paid to install the appliance. It was a BEKO machine. Neither of them had installed a BEKO machine before and neither of them had received any training in installing a BEKO machine. This resulted in a completely disastrous installation attempt. The machine had to be returned and they took it away. The machine facia has been damaged by repeat attempt to align it with the machine, its now full of holes!!! I hope that in future full and proper training is given to your installers otherwise this farce will be repeated elsewhere. Also rebooking for a new machine and fitting was poor resulting in me having to wait weeks for this to happen. Avery dissatisfied customer.
