It was ages ago had to wait long for cooker glass new cooker glass broke after a week was brand new cooker so not a lot to say really tbh , fridge plastic broke on door that came in good time though ,

The engineer who attends is so helpful and patient, and this time went out of his way to find a temporary workaround solution to prevent me being inconvenienced. It’s really easy to book a call out and follow up is great.

All great. Process was automated which was a bit frustrating as it would have been nice to be able to speak to someone. But they offered a suitable replacement when our machine couldn’t be fixed and it was all arranged in a few days! Will be renewing my policy for sure.

First of all,you have wonderful engineers ,after changing some parts of my dryer only to have it malfunctioning again ,this happened a couple of times the engineer then thought maybe he will change the motherboard.After about a week i recieved an e mail that the engineer said it can't be fixed and I will get a link to choose a replacement. There was a number to call if you need help which I did and I really found them helpful in answering my questions about the replacement I was choosing.Im so grateful. The guy who came to deliver it carried it right upstairs to the right place, he was great ,plus he carried my other one downstairs. Altogether I was really happy ,was great service, thanks again

I was offered a replacement oven as the old one was very old and the parts no longer available. I was offered a long list of replacements (positive), some with no extra charge apart from a £110 fee for installing the new one and £20 to take the old one away. I found it really difficult to find detailed information about the ovens and whether they were suitable as a built in or under counter oven. The chat was available but very frustrating and difficult to actually getting a live person to answer questions. Automated multi choice once appearing all the time. Finally went for an oven with no extra charge but no installation service was available for this one and no recycling service. So happy with the oven but not so with the process of getting it which I found stressful.
