“Best experience with a cover on our tumble dryer EVER. The machine had a major fault and without any argument at all D&G replaced rhe machine within a week. Great customer service and a very helpful team within the customer service department”

“Easy to book an engineer and good availability. Engineer was polite. My machine needed replacing and I was given a link to choose a replacement very quickly. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that most of the replacements offered weren't like for like with my machine and the comparison function on the portal only allowed me to compare two machines at a time from a long list available. I had to call D&G a couple of times to request machines to fit my spec.”

“The replacement range cooker was delivered and left in my garden unpacked Also when installed the grill was not working correctly and after 3 engineer visits it is still not fixed I had asked for a replacement but was told that the engineer had to strip the new cooker down to find the fault which they cant so still no cooker I would strongly suggest that D and G remove Belling products from their replacement range as their customer service is non existant”

“I had 4 visits before my range cooker was written off due to a wiring problem which could not be sorted. But Domestic and General really did try had to fix the problem by replacing all the oven parts they could.”
