I have waited a whole month and still my dishwasher has not been delivered. If it doesn't fit, there is no way I am going to be able to return it as I'm going away. Awful experience. I have wasted an enormous amount of money insuring my kitchen appliances. This is so disappointing. I do not recommend anyone who, like me, lives offshore on a uk island to use D&G. I have cancelled all my policies.

Quick to schedule an engineer and efficient at replacing our old appliance. Particular shout out for the lady who helped me chose from an overwhelming array of different fridge/freezer.

Poor choice of replacement models, first scheduled delivery didn’t happen and I spent best part of an hour on phone being passed between insurers, manufacturers and delivery company. Installer didn’t know how to solve a problem on installation, neighbour who is a plumber had to sort. Won’t be insuring any of my appliances with D&G again.

I used the app to book appointment, which was easy. Engineer came out and within 4 hours i had been contacted to offer me a replacement. Which I chose and arrived when I wanted it to. Excellent service this really does give customers peace of mind today when new products are so expensive.

Apart from the exchange of replacement machine due to unable to repair went very smoothly!! It just l was left for nearly 2 weeks usable to do main washing as lm disabled l had to rely on my husband taking washing to laundry or my daughter 's to wash although much appreciated but all sorted now shame we had to wait for over 10 days !!!
