“I have a service plan which I really appreciate as it means that I don’t have to worry when an appliance breaks down. I am able to arrange a speedy repair and I have always found that the engineers are excellent and always manage to get my appliance up and running in a very timely manner. I have always been very impressed and happy with domestic and general.”

“I would prefer to speak to somebody that I can understand what they are saying. Most phone calls I have had to make and this is not the case. I was promised up-to-date paperwork as one of them was dated wrong. Unfortunately this did not happen.”

“Excellent service , repairs done fast and being able to choose a date for the repair is perfect and the insurance to be fully cover for just over £4.00 a month including all repairs , parts and labour is excellent and a plus , if your appliances can’t be fixed it’s replace with a brand new one”

“The mechanic struggled to get my machine out of its housing and caused a slight split in the wood. On reinstalling it he had to leave out the two pieces of wood which had been underneath the machine and the machine now makes a very loud noise when spinning”

“My TV was replaced by an excellent more recent model within less than one week of reporting it as having no picture. Very rapid and seamless procedure. I was helped by one of your advisors with my online choice of TV and delivery date. Very patient with a senior citizen like myself.”
