Not very happy when th the delivery they said they couldn’t fit my machine or take it away I had to sort it myself at one point I had 2 machines in my kitchen and couldn’t use either

My Washing machine was written off. Picking a new one was so easy. Delivery and reconnecting was so easy. Delivery guys were polite , chatty and helpful

I would not recommend Domestic & General policies to anyone. My refrigerator quit 8 weeks ago and repair was scheduled - after multiple visits, the repair contractor finally replaced the entire compressor system which also didn't work. Their repair contractor informed them that there were no other options to fix this 2 year old refrigerator. Now Domestic & General refuses to resolve the issue. I called May 22 and was told they would reach out with a resolution by May 26 but the call never came. I called again May 27 and this time was told they would call me by May 29, which never happened. I called again the evening of May 29 to ask why they were not responding - and this time I was told they would call me by June 3rd. See the pattern here? Two months without a refrigerator is a horrible experience and the way this company is handling the issue is shameful.

They have only one company That does there repairs. If that company refuses to work on your a Appliance. You have to find your own repair company, pay for the service call yourself. get a estimate, it can not be handwritten and must include, parts labor, taxs.After you send it in ,it will take them two days to approve it. Apparently this happens alot because it Actually in the Warranty Agreement. So please read it carefully. I have been without a Refrigerator for over a month and I have another refrigerator under there warranty.

great service when notified that my washer was to be replaced rather than fixed i had a choice of about 12 machines to choose from and delivery was in 4 days from me picking my replacement. always get a great service when need to use them for repairs to my products or having them replaced if needed.

Good service from start to finish. But not 100% happy to lose out and no compensation on a full fridge and freezers worth of contaminated food which had to be destroyed value around £75.

We've been protecting our domestic appliances with D&G for over 20 years, we've received 5 star treatment until now. We had and integrated 50/50 fridge freezer and there was very little choice offered to us, in fact the first offer didn't have any 50/50 ones We're still having problems with the installation and may be back

Easy to book a repair but everything else just felt hard work. Engineers from different companies with no previous history notes meant the problem took 4 months to resolve. Options for a replacement weren’t what I would have chosen and I’ve ended up with an item I wouldn’t have brought.

The only thing that would have made it 5 stars if they took the washing machine away..I didn't mid plumbing it in but had to pay someone to come collect it to take old machine away
