“Easy, no fuss replacement of washer dryer as it could not be fixed.”

“Delivery driver went to the wrong house, took a photo of the wrong door and left. I waited in all day and the washer wasn't delivered. When I spoke to a member of the team about this she said he wouldnt turn round and deliver my washer even though it was his mistake. There was no customer service just a 'youl have to re book another slot' baring in mind we have been waiting 4 weeks for a spare part before a new washer was even considered and had to be prompted by ourselves to get one. So we have been without a washer for nearly 5 weeks. And there was no consideration for this by making the driver deliver our washer when he should have. Very poor service by all.”

“We are both old age pensioners 70 and 75 years old. The fridge was dropped inside the kitchen and we had to take all the wrapping and put this this in the slot. The energy rating on the fridge is G a very high rating in the energy crisis on the old age pensioners. Surely more care should have been taken . Simply disappointing.”

“Overall a good experience. We had a wait for the iniital appointment, and then we were expecting a significant wait for a new part. Then, suddenly we were offered a new product, which was unexpected! The upgrade option was not available, so I had to ask for that. The product arrived and was as advertised. All staff have been friendly and helpful, the time waiting to be told we could have a replacement could have been improved and the upgrade option should have been visible from the start.”

“We found that Domestic and General were very helpful in dealing with our old Fridge freezer, the engineer visited us twice to try and fix the fault. We were then informed very quickly Thetford it could not be repaired so a new replacement was offered and delivered very quickly. Excellent service very pleased with the outcome.”

“Engineer sent a timely text, when he was on his way to my property as promised in the previous day email. Found various issues with the fridge freezer that he had come to repair. Carried all the spare parts that were required to effect the repairs. A very busy 2 hours and I was kept up-to-date as to what and why actions were being carried out. Hopefully the issues have been sorted, as this was the third time that this appliance has required the attention of an engineer in the last 3 years. The appliance is now working as intended and hopefully will continue to do so.”
