“I received a letter the day before the hob arrived stating that I had to make sure the appliance was not damaged and the item would be fitted and damaged one would be disposed off The item was delivered and the delivery driver drove off i would not be fitted so why the letter All working well thank you”

“My machine wasn’t working correctly domestic and general decided to supply a replacement washer as mine was making a scratching noise would have thought I would have got a like for like machine but got a 8kg instead of a 9kg and a slower top spin plus they didn’t plumb it in and didn’t remove the other machine so I’ve still not got a correctly working washing machine paying my insurance to domestic and general I would have thought I would have a fitted working machine and not be left out of pocket having to pay someone to plumb it in and dispose of the old one It’s would be nice to get a response to this review and them to correct the situation”

“Perfect delivery by Big Reecy and his mate. Came on time and unpacked the machine for us and took away all packaging. Very easy company to deal with and sorted our problem speedily, meaning we were not without a washing machine for long. Kept us informed at all times and sent options of choices. All in all an excellent service. Many thanks.”

“My washer dryer got to the point where a part was not available for quite a while and so it was replaced with a brand new one. Great value for money in my opinion. Call outs were always attended and my washer fixed quickly.”

“The problem was sorted really quick with my washing machine by hoover engineer . He was brilliant. The replacement washer was delivered twice . Because although they deliver no one is qualified enough to fit it . That’s what I’m disappointed with . I can’t believe that qualified engineers can diagnose a problem. But not one can fit a washing machine with an extended waste . I’m now left to try and find my own plumber ! Which will cost me extra .”

“Had a 2 year old Hoover washing machine, its counter balance came loose and the side panel looked like the Hulk was trying to get out. Hoover engineer said Hulk had killed it! He sent his report to Domestic and General few days later an email arrived with a choice of new machines. I chose a Candy 9kg super quite and a far better machine. Delivery arrived early the following week, bang on time and driver/engineer took away said dead machine. 10/10 Service and yes I have a Domestic and General plan for this new Machine.”

“From the beginning till the end of contact everyone was extremely helpful and polite customer service picking a new tumble dryer was made easy with good choice and price... delivery was within the time frame delivery men were really helpful and polite cleared the packaging away... very happy customer”

“Have got all white goods and my lounge tv covered by D&G. Have always found them very helpful. I’ve had many repairs and new items if the original one can’t be fixed. Communication has always been very easy and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. The smart care rewards is an added bonus and I actually used them to buy my daughters white goods when she moved into her own property.”
