I was very satisfied. The mechanic came at the agreed time.He found what was wrong and put it right replacing the broken parts.It only took 30minutes or so and he left no mess.

I had very bad experiences with domestic and general they don't do anything they came 4 times for washing machine and they didn't repair at all

Wine cooler arrived on time. Was contacted by delivery drivers to say ETA. Brought into house, unpacked and we put it into the kitchen. Very polite friendly drivers. Very helpful. 5 stars.

Very happy with the seamless and professional service received from Domestic & General from start to finish, from the helpful and informative advice received from your Customer Service team over the phone, and the user friendly website which made selecting a new washing machine easy, to the man who delivered the washing machine and installed so quickly, and last but not least, how the insurance cover was made so easy being applied to the new washing machine so efficiently, all in all an excellent service received from all parties involved, thank you so much, and the new washing machine is great too. If only other companies were as polished, efficient and provided as fast a service as Domestic and General have ... ! Well done 👏

Easy to set up. Easy to book an engineer. Engineer came on time. Slight delay in the engineer’s report getting to D&G. New appliance delivered and installed on the agreed date. Beware - some policies do not include disposal of old or installation of new. Good installation job by the engineer.

I am always impressed with the service at Domestic and General. Most recently, our fridge was beyond repair and it was replaced within days, without any quibble. Everyone I was in contact with was friendly, polite and professional. Great service!

My appliance was damaged when arrived the paint had faded and there was a dent at the top as my delivery was running late it came after 5. I tried to call the relevant department but they had closed I was told not to plug it in by the driver until I had spoke to someone I did speak to someone who told me the supervisor said I was to plug it in due to my sons medication needed storing I’ve been expecting a call to correct the problem and 6 days later still waiting

I was very impressed with the resolution of my leaking washer dryer. After i complained that the machine was still leaking after the engineer tried to repair it D&G did not hesitate to suggest a new machine. The new machine arrived quickly and the old one taken away for a small fee. The only problem I have is that there was no option for installation so it took me nearly a day to install it and adjust the door to fit the unit. As 77 year olds it pushed my wife and I to the limit!

Was not happy with the delivery only sent one man would not talk to me only my husband told him to take machine round the back to get in the house but would not and rammed it though front door then would not plumb it in so didn’t under wrap we put the old one out the back so it was easier for him but again rammed it though the front door

I just received a new AEG Washer Dryer from D&G partner marks and electrical which has then broke 9 days later I spoke to a manager and calk centre worker who did not help, rang again in the morning passed from pillar to post having to call each company to sort out a replacement estimated time for replacement 4 weeks! I called D&G again got put through to a lovely lady called Karen from product replacement who sorted everything for me . Karen was lovely polite and compassionate. Within 30 minutes my new washer dryer will arrive in 3 days and she even got me a refund for delivery snd instalation. Karen is honestly the only reason I will continue with D&G fantastic member of staff the other 3 members I spoke to before her could do with extra training. Well done Karen and thank you for treating me like a valued customer.

Absolutely appalling. Took an ages to get the replacement arranged. First attempt at delivery when packaging removed the fridge freezer was badly damaged. It had obviously been packed like that. The second attempt at delivery it wasn't delivered as the driver couldn't find my address. This despite it being a park home on a small estate. A map of the site clearly placed at the entrance, the site office opposite the entrance and workers on site. Despite having my phone number they didn't think to call me. I should have been at work on both days and had arranged for an engineer to attend to install it. I am extremely angry about this ineptitude. It is now due to be delivered on another day when I should be at work!!
