I was very happy to find out I could get 5 of my appliances covered ! The lady on the phone was very nice so since I new Its hard to give a real review. But so far so good 👍

I just moved to a new home a month ago and the appliances were already in the house. I am looking forward to a long duration of them as previous brands in my old home did not lasted or performed as expected or parallel to the price paid. I can't just yet give Domestic and General a fair review, but so far so good 😊

We ordered online, which was easier than expected. The price was excellent - about half as much as the prices in the stores we went to looking for a fridge that we wanted. Delivery was great, too. The team was professional, courteous, and careful.

The representative was very helpful and she helped me with obtaining the extended warranty on my kitchen aid product. She explained the warranty and what it covers. I was pleased with her expertise on this matter and everything went well.

I had 5 new appliances to register and it was so easy. I called and had all the Model and serial number information. The customer service representative was so helpful and we had all my Whirlpool appliances registered quickly.

Well had to wait till the. 8.102025 to get my washing machine fix and that was 2or3weeks ago because I have a disability daughter and I have to pay to get her sheets done and clothes done I did not think I would take this long to get it fixed MR D Martin

We decided to cover our appliances and when our ice make broke on our refrigerator, the claim process was simple and they had someone here to look at it. Great service. Recommend this to anyone.

Our Hotpoint washing machine failed to get past a certain point in the programme. We phoned in and had to wait seceral days for an appointment. The engneer arrived an quickly solved the problem: the machine was rocking slightly which prevented it from spainning. The engineer was very helpful and polite. I feel that the problem could have been resolved more quickly by a phone conversation.

Your paperwork has contact phone numbers. I tried for two days to get someone to answer. After pressing a multitude of telephine buttons I was always left with the message " please phone back at another time ".Never once did I SPEAK TO AN ACTUAL HUMAN VOICE. Used to pay £ 58 a month to cover 3 appliances. I have now cancelled my policies and put that money aside every month. ( I did eventuall get through by Email.

The third party company who I insured the product with did not enter the correct product details and now they won't repair or replace the product even though I've been paying on this product for over 2 years!

The problem with the machine has not been corrected even though someone has called 3 times. The finish liquid still does not go into the machine.
