“From breakdown to replacement machine to be delivered and fitted was less than 6 days the engineer was in my house in less than 24 hours D and G had his report and made a respectable offer offer of a like for like appliance. Delivery was Ace”

“Excellent service got a replacement machine no problem only thing that was a problem I couldn't pay for disconnection and connect new appliance as didnt offer service . So had to get independent plumber in to do which cost a good bit now have to pay to get machine taken away . Which all has been time consuming and appliance in middle of room ready to collect . Be good if service could have been offer at a cost”

“Had to call as replacement options were limited. More found after I called but majority were not an option. Replacement located, RRP on Google approx £300. But to install and to take away old fridge i would have to pay. My annual premium is over £700. I hardly ever call, thankfully my appliances have lasted. Overall conclusion is that D&G offering is not value for money”

“Poor poor customer service. Appointments made, then rescheduled from the actual service provider. 10-27 days for an appointment. No flexibility to actually help the customer. Lip service and then they drop the ball. Do Not Buy A Plan from them!!!!!!!!!”

“my drier needed a new part, 10 days later they can fitted the part and it needed another new part. so would of had to wait again. d&g got in touch to see if it was fixed, after i explained the wrote it off an let me order a new one. i also paid £10 to upgrade and get a heat pump drier, which is so much cheaper to run. so happy with my new drier and the service from d&g”

“An immoveable delivery time for the replacement item between 6am and 8am on a Sunday morning was not what I expected. Even then, they didn't arrive until 7.30am.”
