Too expensive for what it is. Couldn’t understand why an engineer had to call, when I had explained which part was needed to repair my cooker. After his visit the part was posted to me - which is fine - but wasn’t his visit a waste of time (his and mine).

Had a great experience of your service when my fridge freezer went wrong last year.It wasn't able to be repaired so you offered me a new one the service I received was great.Unfortunately the first one that was delivered did not work but the next one I had was fine and did not take long to be delivered and was all sorted out pretty quickly.Would also like to say when I phoned up at first the lady I spoke to could not find an engineer in my area,so she told me to find one pay the bill and that you would refund me the expenses which you did with no problem thank you.

The young man that came to repair my cooker was so helpful, also very honest as it appeared my cooker was actually not broken, The engineer explained to me fuilly why my cooker was doing this. I would definitely use this company again.

Worth every penny. I’ve always had all my kitchen appliances covered with these, if ever I’ve needed a repair they’ve always agreed a date pretty soon. They always repair or replace no questions asked. No weeks of waiting!

Having to wait a week for a washing machine to get fixed! In the central belt of Scotland?! And got an email saying "we hope your machine is working" You're not attending till Thursday!! 🙈

Not every customer has a smartphone or an Internet account. I did this person a favour and booked the appointment for her and now you are bombarding me with these emails. Go away (strongly).

Me and my partner had taken out a few polices with domestic and general, recently our £500 Samsung 4k hdr tv developed a screen fault we had been paying £11 per month for 5 years for cover.they sent a guy to collect the tv and I was told it just needed a new screen.a few days later my partner received a email saying I'm sorry your tv couldn't be repaired and here is a £299 argos e voucher. D&G never called us up about the tv to discuss anything. To just give us that amount was a slap in the face imo,we should have received the full £500 that we initially paid for the tv.so we have now cancelled all other polices too. In conclusion D&G use the cheapest repair services, and in some cases don't give you back the money you originally paid for the item.
