Eng said there was a coin in machine which he cleared l thought it was now fully functional next day put machine on clothes were wringing wet put it in a Bcycke to spin only for it to go on full cycle with same result at end wringing wet clothes

Domestic and General was a breeze once hotpoint sorted themselves out after losing the repair information for two weeks , so the whole thing took about a month to complete .D&G were brilliant in helping sort it out with hotpoint

Always very good service and professional service prompt service and repair been with D and G for years now I really would not be without the insurance on my things if they go wrong I know i am covered.

Just getting to speak to a person is almost impossible, and having to get a third party to effects the repair with no knowledge of the problem . Two visits to sort it out The actual engineer was very helpful . Administration no so good

Please don't use these guys. I got a policy with them for washer dryer but not very transparent. My system broke down and they won't install it.

The waiting time to get an engineer out is poor only 2 stars but the engineer was very helpful and eventually my oven was replaced, once my oven had been condemned after many repairs, it was a very efficient service getting it replaced with a selection of like for like cookers

My washing machine is so old and is not working properly it smells and it is basically on its last legs. The engineer that came out was amazing and professional. It’s domestic and general that’s the problem. I have basically paid for my washing machine 4 times over and my premium has doubled but now I am stuck in the situation due to the changes of the insurance that I can’t get out. I cannot afford a new machine and now am not able to have any clean clothing or anyway smell ok. My advice to anyone, please just save the money monthly and don’t bother with the insurance!

You have not repaired it yet with the excuse of no engineer and that you are waiting for a part. Very shabby indeed
