Took five days to come and repair a washing machine on a temp fix, awaiting a branded part.

After many failed 'repairs', by many incompetent workmen, my washing machine continues to destroy clothes... I'd estimate close to £200 worth of clothes by now. But they still continue to refuse to replace it. Instead I have to keep having days of work to wait for their clueless repairers.. Each one saying the last one didn't know what they were doing. Very frustrating. Should have saved the insurance fees and just brought a new machine myself. Terrible handling of complaint by both Domestic and General and Hotpoint - very rude advisors.

I waited approximately 15 minutes to speak to an adviser which I thought was pretty good, she was very pleasant and engaging and sorted and out my query quickly and efficiently.

This is due to my freezer being out of order for nearly 8 weeks when my wife wd pregnant and we could not meet our autistic sons needs for fresh produce and spent alot of money on take outs I felt really let down.

Well after sorting out banking details twice after numerous letters for each item why it carnt be on 1 piece of paper only need 1 , Then repeated phone calls to update banking details to be told want to speak to my husband when im only one on it account is behond me then after and finally speaking annoying they repeated saying wrong bank details when it had already been paid, Lady again saying wrong details in the end said forget it I will cancel, then onto a guy who tells me it’s been paid why couldn’t she see on screen what he did flustrating
