Received my replacement washing machine with no fuss and in record time. Exactly the same as my previous machine except more up to date and I couldn’t be happier

Absolutely awful service my boiler was leaking for nearly a month before they eventually came out to fix it, I must have spent about 8 hours on the phone to them I was just passed from pillar to post, I had water damage in my house become of this at one point I have water running on to electrics which I had to resolve myself, DO NOT USE

Domestic agreed to our repair but the appointed new contractor refused to tell us that they were not carrying out the repair. We have been with you for 15 Years. We never had this sort of problem with the previous contractor Baxi who were excellently M H Travis

My cover with D&G has given me peace of mind as regards what would be a heavy outlay if one of my essential appliances were to break down and required a heavy repair cost or the cost of replacing it. This is especially so since my freezer broke down a year or so ago - when D&G provided me with a new one!

Completely misdiagnosed the problem because the engineers did not investigate thoroughly enough. We did not need a new pump. Nothing wrong at all with the existing one. Not impressed.
