“Didn’t fit me right so I submitted for a return over a week ago. Still have not received the return info and label. I usually wear a size 6 and ordered a medium but it was too small. Nice quality, pretty skirt, it just didn’t fit.”
“Ordered one top in two different colors. Black was not available in the original fabric so they sent a different fabric instead. When I asked customer service about it, they said I could return the black top but there would a restocking fee. It took two calls and three emails at my initiation before representative agreed to waive the restocking fee. (I had asked to speak with a manager at this point.) Another customer service representative likely would have made for a more satisfactory shopping experience.”
“Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company or it's products. Ordering was difficult, confusing. and took a long time overall. Quality of the tank top and skort that I ordered was borderline unacceptable. Sizing was on the small side, requiring me to do an exchange. I will not order from them again.”
“This company has not treated me well. I got two skorts (the first of which I like.). They came in separate mailings and are identical. I have written to their contact email twice since early last week and have had no reply. Essentially ghosted. I don't know what to do as there is not a phone number. Feeling let down. If you look on this page, you will see that Bliss was not ordered twice, but the second one was supposed to be Flourish so clearly their mistake and not resolved.”

1) It took weeks to arrive.
2) The zebra print skirt was different than the picture, with bright green:/
3) They knew the picture was different and still wouldn’t refund my $.
4) Most important: I didn’t like the fabric; it was too thick and sizing was off”

I am sorry to hear you didn't like the skirt. This skirt was ordered on pre-order, pre-orders can take 4 weeks to be shipped. Our delivery date was within this timeline. This item was on final sale and therefore it did not qualify for a refund. Our website photos were taking from different angles and the green colors are noticible there too.

The skirts have been a bit of a disappointment in that the shorts ride up very easily. I bought them because they were advertised to stay put. I probably won’t be ordering again.”

“Your sizing is absolutely ridiculous. I have two skirts and the cow shorts that are all way too small . I usually wear a medium in clothes and your size large is smaller than my mediums . My cow shorts fit my daughter who is a size 4 I won’t be buying from you again .”

The other thing was I just want my money back and they didn’t give me the option they only give me the option for a credit. And I don’t know how I can use it when the clothing isn’t true to size.”
“The skirt is beautiful. The fabric is a vibrant color and the skirt is well made. My only issue is the 9 weeks it took to deliver it while during that time, receiving promotional texts and emails multiple times per day. The slow delivery is a common issue with this company. I've unsubscribed to all promotions.”

“I bought 4 skirts, I really liked the vibrant prints. However I have had to return 2 and will likely return the other two when they arrive. I am a solid Medium in all my tennis skirts so that’s what I ordered. They are way too small. To me, the sizing is very inaccurate. I have yet to receive a confirmation email of that return which was mailed back 2 weeks ago. I suppose the brand is just not for me but as I stated earlier, nice patterns.”
“Haven't purchased Donnajo in years. Because no need to purchase more tennis clothes always compliment on the product where's like iron great price point especially if you get it on sale perfect fit. I needed another white skirt ordered on sale love the skirt. You're skimping on the product I haven't changed sizes. I still weigh the same size small is now the size of an extra small when I put it up to my other skirts and compare them it's quite a bit of difference. It's not a small. Not that computer savvy tried to figure out how to return it. Was excited to get the white skirt on sale. It took a month to get here. I don't know how it was delivered. Had to wear it because I was in a tennis tournament. Really bummed I always get compliments on your product when I wear it at myvTennis Club but it's just not the same product prints aren't as great I always look, but that's why I haven't ordered”
