“Can't fault this company in terms of price, ease of ordering and their excellent customer service. Was kept informed at all stages and our new oven was delivered swiftly. Haven't unpacked it fully yet as kitchen refit is not taking place for a bit but looks good on initial inspection. Would not hesitate to use them again if the price was right.”

“It would have been 5* as the price and delivery were v reasonable & quick...but I feel the lady that called to arrange delivery, although very pleasant and efficient, wasn't very helpful when I asked if the driver would be able to deliver the fridge into my home as I have several steps down to my door. It turns out the driver absolutely would not take the fridge down the steps and said that the office should have told me its a 2 man job, which is completely fair enough on his part..but meant that it had to be left in the garage for several days, and we had to arrange for another person to come and help. Had I been told there was the option of potentially paying extra to get it into the house I would have paid. However this only came from the driver and may not be company policy.”

“Had a bit of a delay with delivery as the company couldn’t get through to me, but it was sorted pretty swiftly. The product I bought isn’t available anywhere in the Republic so it was a life-saver to have it come from Donaghy. Would definitely buy from them again, as they were super responsive by email for me.”
