“Donaghy Bros. themselves were very good. They communicate quickly and they had the product I wanted at a very competitive price. Haven't tried the item out yet as we are waiting on a house reservation. Only issue we had was with the UK Mainland delivery companies (we kept getting passed from pillar-to-post) which were hard to get hold of, rude on the phone and delivered 1.5 hours outside the stated delivery window. Got there in the end though.”

“I ordered a cooker from Donaghy brothers on Saturday arrived 2 days later I discovered a small scratch on ceramic hob rang them and they offered to replace it no bother but I had an electrician booked for the same day and organised to have it disposed of the next morning the lady on the phone was great I said it doesn’t matter as I couldn’t be bothered to try and organise things again the lady said if you change your mind ring us and we will replace the cooker later in the day I got a phone call back to say they would ring the manufacture and they got me a reduction on the price I was delighted I didn’t ask for a reduction but they got it for me will definitely be going back there thank you so much they didn’t know my age but I am a seventy year old widow and really happy with Donaghy brothers and their lovely staff”

“I had never heard of Donaghy Bros so was apprehensive about ordering from them but they were nice people to deal with and kept me informed throughout the delivery - which came to Essex all the way from from Ireland. My Fridge Freezer was very well wrapped and protected and seems to be working just fine.”

“Excellent service and value for money. I was looking for a Dyson v8 cordless vacuum and the best deal was through Donaghy Bros, including free postage to England. It was delivered within a few days as they had stated. No problems at all and I will certainly use them again.”

“It all went well until something went wrong. Then it's all the customers fault. 3 replaced ovens due to internal damage. Interestingly, Donaghy Brothers accepted the damage as either in-transit damage or poor quality control from manufacturer however when I requested compensation for the cost of having the oven re-fitted 3 times, they accused me of causing the damage. How does that work?? Not a fair outcome but one I will be pursuing with the Trading Standards. Its a shame cause the staff on the phone are friendly, but don't be blinded by that.”

“Excellent. Ordered a new Dyson online. Simple, easy process completed in a minute or so. Follow-up emails were quick. Only slight hiccup and NOT Donaghy Bros was with Parcelforce. They were informed of order Thursday morning (for 2 day delivery). Item showed at 8pm as being in Belfast hub. Nothing else until 5am Monday when item recieved in Leeds and on van for delivery. Timescale was not an issue but wonder what happend Friday/Saturday/Sunday. No details on tracking system.”
