“So, everything was absolutely fine until delivery. Smooth online shopping and transaction. A courtesy call to let me know when the delivery would be, so thumbs up for Donaghy Bros. Now, the delivery man was meant to call on the day. He never did. Then turned up and left the fridge/freezer on the street - apparently not insured to get in the house - but on an UNEVEN SURFACE ... I should have taken photos but I was too worried that the fridge/freezer will fall and crash badly. It took several hours to get it moved into the house. Check carefully the small lines before buying and don't expect much service quality when it comes to delivery.”

“Great prices and fantastic customer service! It's refreshing to be able to communicate with a real person on the other end and even better when they are efficient and friendly (thankyou Sara). Dishwasher delivered on the day and in the time slot indicated. Will definitely be using again in the future.”

“Happy with item, vacuum cleaner arrived as ordered. The only negative is Parcel force. The tracking information does not work. Neither app, which didn't like the reference number. Nor the web, it got the parcel to Southampton depot and didn't show any movement after that. Fortunately I was in when delivery came.”
