“I ordered a cooked hood. It wasn't in stock and had to be ordered. I had to wait a couple of weeks but it wasn't a problem cause I wasn't waiting for it urgently. It came into stock and was delivered on time. Unfortunately my plans changed and I no longer needed it. I rang and spoke to David who was extremely helpful and agreed to take it back. I returned it to the shop for a full credit on my account. Great service. Nice people.”

“Malcolm was most helpful.Upon discovering that the model which I had purchased online was out of stock stock, the substitute was provided for same price even tho it was more expensive. Delivery arranged at time to suit. Driver phoned to confirm that he would arrrive within the hour. Item was installed very speedily & efficiently. Very pleasant delivery staff. Really excellent customer service.In fact best customer service ever for anything.”

“I recently purchased a Beko freezer from Donahue Brothers, and had first class service from placing the order through to delivery. All my queries were answered promptly by very courteous staff.
