“we were referred to Donaghy Bros(DG) by British Gas under the Replacement Insurance scheme. For the first appliance we knew what we needed and their Rep. was quick and efficient and led me through the online payment procedure. for the second appliance british gas were less than helpful but again the DG rep helped me find a suitable appliance and the order and confirmation were good. We still await installation and will be better able comment when the DG Agents have undertaken this.”

“We were a bit hesitant about ordering from Northern Ireland as we live in England, but took a chance as Donaghy Bros were so much cheaper than any supplier in England for the Neff hob we wanted. If you don't need your goods straight away Donaghy Bros are a sure bet for saving money. Will definitely consider re-using again.”

“From the time I made my purchase I was kept well informed of when I could expect delivery of my tumble dryer and I am pleased to say all went as planned, with no hiccups. The delivery men were pleasant and helpful. I would not hesitate to order from Donaghy Bros in the future. Thanks, E Donnelly”

“Had to cancel order due to one man delivery and only pavement placement - aged couple so not viable option- so unable to put freezer in garage Staff very pleasant and well stocked store will use again if the delivery is sorted out.”

“Excellent service. Everyone was very courteous and helpful and the purchase went without a hitch. The website was easy to navigate. My only suggestion for improvement is to detail in the delivery information the certain area(s) of the UK where the courier does not deliver. These are not mentioned, so I was unaware of this when I ordered the item. Ultimately I had to arrange for delivery to an alternative address and then hire a vehicle to collect the item myself from there.”
