“I purchased an upright freezer as they were one of the few stores to stock the model I wanted. Staff were helpful on the phone and the online payment process was simple. With free delivery to the mainland, my purchase arrived safely and intact, so I would use Donaghy Bros again.”

“I haven’t yet received the item I purchased. Whilst I am aware there was an apparent delay in the vendor receiving the item, I just received a curt message that there would be a two week delay.”

“Really bad service I’m afraid. I ordered a TV which, according to their website, was in stock. I heard nothing for 10days so I called them. The person on the phone was really helpful but I was told it was out of stock and didn’t know when it would be available. I subsequently cancelled the order. You need to keep people informed and your website updated.”

“Very good service, contacted me promptly to say my model wasn't in stock but the equivalent Bosch model was for £50 left. Delivery was sooner than estimated and when it arrived with a scratch, they knocked another £40 off. Would recommend!”

“Awful customer service in the Limavady store, on a number of occasions I’ve been in the store and it is always the same horrific experience, the staff sit behind the desk constantly (one even lying back with his hands behind his head on an occasion) and when you go in to enquire About an item they just point in the direction to where it is as they can’t be bothered to come and help you, they make you feel as if you are bothering them by being in the store. I recently purchased a cordless hoover and had to return it due to there being a fault with it, there was a man (older who was very abrupt and rude ), a lady and another man (younger) all sitting behind the desk and all just staring reluctant to get up off their chair, the older man told me to come back an hour later which I did, on my return the younger man who worked there informed me that they where “no further forward” so I asked should I wait or return again later, the reply I got was “whatever you want” I then left with the arrangement that they would ring me that day, never received a call from them, due to me working the following day my mother made contact with them via the phone and the older man yet again was rude to her, my mother expressed that the customer service we have received was awful to which the man started to shout down the phone at my mother, needless to say we got our money back and went elsewhere and it just so happens that this certain competitor had already had a number of unhappy customers from donaghys in recently even just a few hours before myself , such a shame that the 3 people that work in the Limavady store is having a detrimental effect on your business reputation. Being a store manager myself I was shocked at the way we where treated and can safely say I will NEVER be a customer of yours again, considering that we were in a few days before this Incident to purchase a dishwasher but just got the finger pointed in the direction of where they where with no customer service or assistance is shocking, I’ll go elsewhere from now on and urge other customers to do the same!!!”

“Best price available online, the only draw back I could see it would have to be delivered from Ireland. Delivery was free! No need to be concerned, delivered to my doorway, by a courteous delivery van and man. Excellent boxed condition, with good communication from Donaghy Bros. Will look for other items from this company.”
