“Excellent service, could not fault it in any way. Bought a mixer I couldn’t purchase in the uk. Arrived within 3 days. Was so pleased would not hesitate to use Donaghy Bros again.”

“Good ordering process and quick delivery times. However, I found the delivery process confusing. Advised by Donaghy Bros that they would advise when items dispatched. This did not happen, all I got was a txt from a delivery company giving a date for delivery of something, that when I tried to track was not recognised. On phoning them they could not identify the order, where it was from or what it was. Only one one item due, but on further checking found the other item due for delivery in 24 hours, without any advance notice. Additionally, on arrival and checking the items found the stainless steel hob had been scratched by a burner plate not secured properly. Complained to Donaghy Bros, but as the item was due to be fitted the following day I asked for the consideration of a reduction in price. This was refused, stated that they would only replace but did not have the same item in stock or a date for any new stock. Not the best for customer relations”

“Ordered Bosch washer dryer, best price for this machine though a rather long delivery time To mainland UK compared with other suppliers. However on arrival (left to unpack machine and lug it inside myself, not very helpful) the washer dryer is faulty. I emailed DB and received no reply, followed it up and eventually got response to the effect that they had no more, so just wait for engineer, who I’d already arranged myself and was going to be a week - with no guarantee he could fix the problem anyway. Not happy, no machine now for three weeks and counting, and I regret to say I don’t think I’d use them again.”

“Product arrived as described and in good time. I have knocked off a star because it was not clear that purchases outside the Republic of Ireland (I am in the UK) are not covered By warranty. I spoke to a nice lady at Belling Eire who said that they would probably be able to help if there is a problem during the first year but nothing official. I suggest you make it clear in your website.”

“There are times in your life when things seem impossible,but this family company in ,NORTHERN IRELAND have reassured us there is still someone who takes extra care and PRIDE in serveing their customers,we ordered an electric oven,not the cheapest,we ordered online,had confirmation immediately,then two days later a detailed email that it was to be despatched via a courier,2 days later it was in his van and transported,he called to say next day delivery with a time,so no all day waiting,,ON time,straight to our door,EXCELLENT service and continuous communication,to top this it was CHEAPER than the best price from Currys,and the delivery was included,we saved £45. NOW cooking again thank you to Donaghy family and ALL their staff.”
