I’m just wondering does anyone else feel how I do since DP been taking over . I normally would be ordering every month 1 or 2 tops plus boots But i feel it’s become very expensive Like over the top expensive plus nothing actually nice to buy . I’m feeling very sad that it’s changed so much as I don’t feel I’m going to be buying from them that much . Just wondering on other peoples feed back

I too am trying to return goods bought online-cant print any return labels-I am prepared to pay postage myself-cant find address to return to.

Please read all my previous review on Dorothy Perkins. After endless tracking of courier companies by myself, and over 30 emails to their customer team, I finally got an answer that the parcel IS missed. Until today, I am still waiting for a refund.... I was promised again for a 10 day waiting period, so I was being very patient and gave them more than 15 days. Can someone refund me today?! and yes, I have checked my junk mail box, and there won't be any issues of me not receiving Dorothy Perkins emails in my inbox. Plus I have already gave you all the bank details re my refund, don't ask me to provide any info again. Waiting for your refund in a timely manner. It has been months. please do not order from this site. i wish I had read the reviews but just presumed it was the same dorothy perkins I had always shopped at. There is no one to contact regarding your order. You do not receive your refund. A very costly lesson learnt. Judging by all the reviews with similar complaints I have little faith of a refund.

Have tried to return an item and my email wasn’t recognised so have had to try arrange it through the live chat .. so you write a sentence.. someone eventually reply’s then you write a reply and eventually a completely different person answers and obviously doesn’t read the previous comments.. and on it goes in a complete waste of time and energy.. I definitely will never order from Dorothy Perkins again as I’ve never come across such a shambles.

This used to be a great site for petite clothing. Ever since the takeover from Boohoo, clothing sizes are awful, photo's and descriptions not accurate and the returns process is a complete headache! Still waiting for my refunds to be processed and customer service not really interested. Will not order from this site again!

I would like to give zero stars if I could. On 27 of December I ordered a 70GBP coat which amounted up to 80GBP with shipping. It was said to be delivered on the 9th of January 2021. It never arrived. I corresponded with at least 4 customer service members up to late April who given me various excuses for the "delay" i.e. COVID, the shipment came back to their warehouse etc. In the end I asked for a refund, asked multiple times since they're keen on not delivering anything. They never refunded me. Essentially, they are happy to steal your money. Do not order anything from this brand. Alas it is now winter again, and I'd like to warn everyone who are shopping for coats or any apparel from this brand to just find another company to buy from.

Terrible delivery service from Hermes which Dorothy Perkins uses to send their parcels. Hermes have on all three separate occasions put incorrect delivery addresses and I’ve had to collect one parcel from another address in my road where luckily the person was honest. The Hermes divert option does not work and Dorothy Perkins have not responded to my delivery enquiries via their customer services emails. Hermes have not delivered parcel by next day delivery on two of the three occasions.

Unfortunately I can leave a nil star review. Where to start ordered loads of stuff from Dorothy Perkins from March through to end of April. Initially the returns and refunds process was ok. Then Boohoo took over and since then I have persistently emailed, DM on FB…… to get refunds. My last resort to get resolver involved. I have copied and pasted a messagei received last night I. Response to several emails. One email gave me a promise the items worn £56 had been refunded and would be in my account on 6/5 of course it didn’t appear. So I have opened another Resolver case because I was getting emails telling me I’d have to wait until 23/5 for Do to investigate despite the fact I send the returns documents every time. But it was this reply which has angered me so much because I am a pensioner on a limited income and this billionaire company dosent care I’ve been forced to borrow money to feed my animals……. Because DP have taken an exorbitantly long time to resolve any issues so here is the reply: Due to the takeover and us having the new systems etc, the refund will work a little differently on this occasion. I can offer a refund 1 of 3 ways listed below: -If you’d like to receive a voucher credit, rounded up to the next £5 you’ll be able to use that to shop with us again on site straight away. -Alternatively, we have the option to refund you via your PayPal account. If you’re happy for us to refund via PayPal, please provide us with your PayPal email address and we’ll get that requested with Finance. -If you’re unable to accept your refund via PayPal, please come back to us with your *bic/iban/account/sort code* info and we’ll pass that over to our finance team to be processed. Please note that this option may mean your refund takes longer than usual. Account refunds are usually processed within 10 working days plus 3-5 working days depending on your bank Megan Dorothy Perkins Customer Services ****************************** So I reply saying no voucher cos I will never buy again , yes I’d do PayPal if DP would pay the fees …….. but you can see I am being blackmailed into accepting terms and conditions which must go against Trading Standards. My advice to all is don’t use this Micky Mouse company who take your money and then refuse to refund. Buy from a reputable retailer one who will care about your repeat business. My mission is to tell as many people as possible about my treatment at the hands of this business …. Cos how would you feel it it was your Mum, Gran, Sister, Aunt being treated so disgracefully. Returned two items on 13.5.18 still waiting for refund. Used Resolver as not getting anywhere with customer services. Resolver is via martin lewis website. Reply next day. Need to send proof of receipt. Not a problem. Recommend you use Resolver for all complaints. Will update when I've received a refund and confirm 100% this is the way to settle any disputes.

Shocking! Ordered 3 jumpers online,they were massively oversized (DP fault) and I had to pay 1.99 to return! Never use them again!

Terrible - Spent over an hour trying to place an order with this company. Still can't get them to communicate with my bank. I shall cancel the order before anything worse happens. Bad Omen - I take the warning signs and walk away now!!

Firstly my order was delivered to the wrong address because the address was cut off where the house number was. So had to chase this up with the post office. I sent for 4 items, returned 3 and only got a refund for 2. I have E mailed but have had no response. Very poor service, to say I’m disappointed is an under statement. No phone numbers for customer service which is very poor.

I. Purchased as a ‘guest’ and paid in full upfront . When I came to return the lot .. I IMPOSSIBLE.. as. NO account can’t login to web site , tried email still waiting for response ,messaged in messenger …..got one reply .. did t help . Next day ( today) got sent a link to print a label . It WONT WORKit does. It recognise my email or order number !!! Spent nearly TWO hours trying to get someone to have the courtesy to answer me ..NOTHING.. . Can’t log in no account can’t return .. no account .. DONT ever buy from them as a guest .

Awful customer service. Ordered 2 items for next day delivery. Courier did not attempt or deliver items. No escalation or reassurance my order would be in time for my holiday. 5 days later still no items I'm now on holiday, very disappointed. Not taken seriously by customer services despite emailing with evidence of emails from courier. Simply false promises as unable to deliver items next day when ordered before 10pm, or even in the same week!

How difficult is it to fulfil an order when you have provided all the information. Not only did they send the wrong size twice but they also sent out the same incorrect size twice. Two trips to the post office to return items my order they couldn't get right is enough for me. They are totally incompetent and I expect this will lead to them going under anytime shortly.

I placed three orders with them. The first one, a skirt, got to me without problems. Second one, was returned to them without even being noticed by the courier. They said I will receive a refund. Did not receive anything yet. The third order was a blouse. They refunded a day after I placed the order, without even sending it. And they did not even refund the shipping costs. Maybe the clothes look nice, but the service is extremely BAD. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Really bad stuff. Bought a coat from them within a week, the stitching started to lose, got really fuzzy, and lint. The brand refused a refund. Please don't spend your money here
