I was really annoyed at delivery and refunds pricing. 3.99 delivery and 1.99 return. I lost nearly 6 pound on an item that wasn't suitable. To me that is a lot of money for nothing. I will not be ordering from Dorothy perkins again

Shoes advertised as £35 original price, with percentage reduction charged £24.50.when shoes arrived price label is £22.00,BEWARE sale prices are a con !!!

I’m just wondering does anyone else feel how I do since DP been taking over . I normally would be ordering every month 1 or 2 tops plus boots But i feel it’s become very expensive Like over the top expensive plus nothing actually nice to buy . I’m feeling very sad that it’s changed so much as I don’t feel I’m going to be buying from them that much . Just wondering on other peoples feed back

I am usually a size 16/18 in jeans for comfort and like to wear them high up. Decided to buy a size 18 from the curve range and they didn't even go above my thighs. Very disappointed, used to love Dorothy Perkins jeans. Won't be buying jeans from them again.

Ordered a T-shirt which was exactly the same as the one I had previously bought in store. Really disappointed as it was not white but an off white/cream colour. Also although I had ordered a size 10, the one received, was bigger than the one I had previously! Won't be buying again.

I used to shop online with DP quite often, however, the whole experience has nose dived since DP has been taken over by Boohoo. Waited two weeks to receive the items as standard, no dispatch note in the package so returns near impossible (when checked out as guest) as you have to make contact with them. Messages/emails take 2/3 days to respond to so difficult to get a refund when you only have 14 days to return. A lot of responses seem standardised like customer service is not reading the content of the message. If I was cynical, I would say it’s made this difficult and frustrating so you keep the items not wanted. I won’t be using DP again. I daren’t!

I too am trying to return goods bought online-cant print any return labels-I am prepared to pay postage myself-cant find address to return to.

I tried to return a lovely dress as it was too small, and it says on the website it has not been returned at all. I have also not received a refund yet for it. The returns website does not work, so I had to email them directly, to which they never responded. Although they have great products, service is terrible.

I always buy your jeans and jeggings but lately I have found that even though the length says regular you could take 2 pair in to try on and one is a lot shorter than the other,that happened to me at Christmas I went into Castle Court and tried jeggings on in regular length and one fitted perfectly the other was too short,I bought mine so my daughter bought me exactly the same size and length in a different colour I wore them Christmas Day and I thought they were a bit short when I tried the 2 pairs together there was about 2 ins of a difference why is this happening?

Dispatch and delivery is so slow! I ordered something on 9th sept and it only got dispatched to the store yesterday - and is estimated to take another 3-7 days. Worst case scenario it will take 2 weeks for me to receive my order - this is not competitive.

Order some clothes online Tried to return it to the Sutton branch today. They said because one of the dress is a TALL range I will have to send it back by post 😳🤔. I asked is this not Dorothy Perkins? Yes. So why can’t I return your items in the store??? Seriously a waste of time and so backwards. Won’t be surprise if they’re the next to close down ! Horrific customer services😡😠 very again.

Never ever order online, customer service does not pick up the phone and cuts you off, paid for next day delivery and turned up three days late, I’m giving a two due to out of desperation I called the Southend branch and spoke to the manager who straight away helped me out , refunded my delivery cost and more importantly found out when my parcel was arriving , if it wasn’t for the manager this review would be getting no stars if it was possible. Will never order online again

We have tried with both credit and debit cards to purchase something from the D.P website but keep on being told that our requests have been refused by the bank &/or the credit card company. Upon checking with said bank/c.c.company they all confirm that no requests had been made. We live in Spain and have shopped with D.P for years...very frustrating. All attempts to enquire have been ignored if by email and confronted with a 15 to 30 minute wait if by `phone !
