“This was in use immediately! I am loving drinking pure fresh water and cooking with it too. Very pleased with my purchase. I have already recommended one to a friend. Bought with the stand, which is great, I keep a pint mug under it to top it up!”

“Works amazingly, water is tasting so fine again! I accidentally bought the wrong size as I had much bigger ones previously so the filtering with these ones does take longer but in terms of filtering it's doing an amazing job! Great value for the price too.”

“DO WISH YOU HAD A PHONE CONTACT. MY PREVIOUS. ORDER OF CERAMIC FILTERS HAD WHITE WASHERS, WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT THIS LAST ODER HAD THE NORMAL BLACK ONES”

“It appears items were mailed from Italy - slow delivery time ; also, postal service would not leave item at door - I had to drive to nearest town to retrieve the item. A previous order I received in 2023 was delivered exceptionally fast to my door (from Galway or somewhere local).”

“So far in use for ca 2 weeks. I can only say the best things. Ordering an delivery was super fast. The filtering system working impaccably so far. Water does taste differently. I will continue using it without any doubt and will order a spare pair of filters.”

“Very impressed that the replacement filters were dispatched on a Sunday and arrived so quickly. Also impressed that there is a method of validating the genuine filters as I know this has been an issue with some replacement filters being substandard. I personally didn't find the installation instructions crystal clear and had to google to find out whether the cartidges are recyclable - so my ony suggestion for improvement would be on the accompanying paperwork. Otherwise all great. thanks.”
