“As advised to Trevor Vendlab by email last week, this is not yet installed because I cannot muster the strength to unscrew the front plate (and neither can my 22 yo son). Faulty? Please advise return/replacement arrangements. Many thanks.”

“It turned out that it wasn’t a filter that was suitable for my counter to gravity filter. Confusing that they all look the same. I have been offered a refund if i return it at my own expense.”

“Arrived quickly after ordering it and in well packed recyclable paper packing and box. Comes with instruction leaflet on how to prime the filters. Early days as only just changed the filters but water taste good”

“The stand does not accommodate the stainless steel reservoir with the rubber at its base, you have to get rid out of the rubber?”

“It's early days however definitely enjoying the taste and benefits of cleaner drinking water. Easy system to set up, bit fiddly for me getting the rubber washers not to leak inititially, seems to be ok now. Would definitely recommend”
