“The unit arrived in good shape, well packaged and was easy to assemble. One small detail; the tap didn't seal to the body work on the first try, I don't like over tightening plastic threads. The seal on the tap might be easier to acheive if a flat area was pressed into the metal so that the rubber seals were tightening onto a flat surface rather than a curved one. What did come as a surprise is that the TDS of the filtered water is 40 ppm above our well water straight from the tap that is filtered and pH corrected. Is there a reason for that?”

“Water in London is horrible ,You cannot drink it from tap ,smelling chlorine and is full of fluoride,the best one is diverted osmosis ,but very expensive,so decided to choose Berkefeld ,Very happy with my purchase,p.s.bottled water is full of plastic”

“Having decided to get a gravity fed water filter we set about researching options. Originally a different brand was being considered before we came across Doulton. Instantly we were impressed by their transparency as a company. Having then purchased a 6 liter system with a stainless tap we could not be more pleased with it. You get a British made sustainable ceramic filter system with the peace of mind from NSF testing. Once accustomed to the flow rate there is something therapeutic about the water dripping slowly through the filter. The ceramic candles are relatively biodegradable and offer quality beautiful tasting clean water that is plentiful. Highly recommend as the first choice for your water filtration.”
