“It's a great filter and a great price and it costs about £150- to get a plumber off Gumtree to fit it The water tastes much better, and I feel that I am in much safer health wise knowing there are no chemicals hormones, pharmaceuticals microplastics etc in my water,.The one down side is the water pressure is much lower after going through the filter. Like about 30 seconds to fill aliter bottle. Otherwise, it's great”

“When I first contacted you I was given the wrong advice about the filter cartridge I needed. Fortunately I double checked and was then advised of the correct product. This could have caused serious problems if we’d tried to fit the wrong cartridge After that the cartridge arrived in good time and I did receive an apologyj”

“Ordering was easy and delivery relatively fast to the Netherlands and the price and shipment costs where good also. So getting these filters again from this company themselves appeared to be all right also. Thanks for having crispy clean water!”

“Makes a lot of difference to my tap water (Yorkshire water). The tap water in a holiday cottage in Staffordshire, I'm so glad I had my filter. Imaged attached from a 1 week stay so 28 litres approximately.”

“We have had an ecofast undersink for 5 years It's easy to change the doultons ultra carb cartridge without turning the water off. The water is noticeable better tasting coming through the filter. The only thing the could improve is some way of returning the spent cartridge. I really don't want to put it in the bin and don't have a garden to break it up on. This is an affordable way to get fresh tasting water after the initial out lay for the system.”

“I have known and been using ceramic filters from Doulton in Greece for the last 20 years! My family and friends ! Since I moved in Uk I finally managed to invest and get my ceramic filters my taste 2 water bottle filter and a shower head filter ! The best investment ever! The best customer service that when I needed them they had been very supportive and guided me with lots of patience! The ceramic filters are fitting on the most complicated taps! They are very easy to be installed”
