“All went perfect. Reading the website it‘s not easy to decide which kind of filter to buy And I only found the terms and conditions for a subscription filter purchase in English...for someone who doesn't speak this language very well, this is an obstacle to taking out a subscription for the filters. I was very satisfied with the rest.”

“I ordered the British Berkefeld water filter and it arrived after just two days, the packaging is very compact and holds the water filter perfectly with no excess. A certificate and user instructions were included in the box, the filter is in mint condition. All in all, a really good service and product.”
